This project constitutes 100% of the overall assessment for the module, BM2988 Human Capital Management Project. The project covers topics in PDC2, Organization Development, and Change Management, Facilitation & Influencing Skills for HR, and Strategic Perspectives for HR. It is designed to give you a first-hand experience of applying the knowledge attained in the topics above to a real-life company.
Based on the chosen project topic, you will integrate knowledge and skills acquired from the human resource management modules and apply them at the workplace by analyzing human resource strategy and processes, identifying best practices, and coming up with recommendations on research outcomes. You will submit on an individual basis, a typewritten report including any supporting appendices on your project work, analysis, and findings. A presentation will also be required for you to present your project findings to your lecturer.
