Learning papers are research papers. They are your way of reflecting and comment

Learning papers are research papers. They are your way of reflecting and commenting on the course resources for each module. Please read and think through the resources (including the Bible) and use the included concepts to respond to the questions/prompts provided. Please do not use first person in your writing, unless specifically asked for. When asked, please apply the concepts in the resources to some personal interest, previous or current management experience, or future management position to which you aspire. This paper begins with a focus on communication and two new concepts, emotional intelligence and followership, before ending with the articulation of concepts that could form or be added to your own personal philosophy and theology of leadership/management. Please consider (and cite) all sources below and respond to the following questions/prompts: Define communication and explain how important it is to a leader or manager? Please consider all of the elements and styles of leadership that have been discussed in this course. Describe the leader-follower relationship as outlined by Kelley. Compare his thoughts with the relationship Christ had with his disciples. Please provide Scripture references as needed. For a leader, how does communication interrelate with emotional intelligence? Consider the conceptual components of emotional intelligence, as well as Mohler’s (2012) thoughts in the second full paragraph on page 31. Please consider all the concepts shared in the sources below related to leadership. What foundational principles could you take from this class for your own personal philosophy of leadership and management? Please be specific (cite sources) and put some thought into your philosophy. In your paper, please use citations to each of the following resources to support your thoughts: Gulati et al. (2017): Chapters 12-13, 19-20 Kelley, R. (1988). In Praise of Followers. Harvard Business Review, 66(6), 142-148. Mohler (2012) and Cloud (2010). Goleman, D. (2004). What Makes a Leader? Harvard Business Review, 82(1), 82-91 the Bible.
