The final assessment is an analysis of a large-scale organizational change within your own organization. This presentation will focus on the Army’s change efforts toward recruiting. You will develop an analysis in a presentation of 10-15 slides. Include the following details:
A description of the large-scale change effort (Army recruiting), why the change was implemented, the strategy for the change, and the actors involved in leading the effort.
A description of the actions that were taken and how success (or lack of success) was assessed and measured by the change leaders.
Your own observations of what was done well and what you would have done differently if you were leading the change effort. Your observations should be supported by data from the organization.
Two or three lessons learned from the change process that demonstrate you have the critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for ethical and effective change management.
The slides should be presented in APA format, which includes citing the information that informs your analysis. If the slides are not self-explanatory, then an explanation should be provided in the notes section of the slides.
