You will be asked to select a concept and apply it to a recent TV
show/movie/song/etc that you have seen or heard. Please provide a brief summary of the popular media that you
chose (summarize the movie, episode, verse, etc.), as well as a definition of
the concept you are using, and lastly, an application section where you
thoroughly apply the concept and explain how it fits into the selected media.
Submissions should follow APA guidelines (12pt Times New Roman font,
double-spaced) and be approximately 3 pages in length (excluding title page
and references). All submissions must be written in your own words (without
the use of AI or direct quotes) and include appropriate references of the
concepts and the media selected (websites are not appropriate).
