• Format: Resume or paragraph (no required format)
• Prioritize talking about your experiences since you have been in college
• Incorporate any implications COVID-19 had on your ability to participate in these experiences.
Details you might include for each experience:
• Your Role, Agency/Organization, City, State, Dates/Length of Service (MM/YY -MM/YY or Present)
• Discuss your roles, responsibilities, impact, etc,
• For experiences not related to healthcare, consider the soft skills you demonstrated in that role and how
that is an important skill for a nurse.
• Include how your attributes and experiences relate to the core nursing values outlined in the rubric:
Accountability, Responsibility, Leadership, Experience Working with Diverse Individuals and Groups
