In this
work we need to talk about 2 companies, 1500 words allocated to each and make
identical reports but personalised to each of the 2 separate companies, for
example talking about (xyz) for both companies (but we are not relating them
together, it is as if it is 2 entirely separate reports)
The work requires a lot of research and references presented to
prove that the company is employing the procurement strategies as well present
references showing how they can be improved (with a focus on presenting what
the company is already doing)
Global sourcing (for this assessment) is a process that consists
of integration and coordination of procurement requirements (across all of the
businesses global locations/units), and looking at the common items, processes,
technologies and suppliers.
The difference between global sourcing and international
purchasing is that the involvement of global integration and coordination of
the (buying) organisations demand with the suppliers global ability to supply
are not involved/taken into consideration
