Thank you for taking the chance to accept this assignment and work on this paper: This is for a class called Behavioral Aspexts and is essentially just a class about organizational psychology and also aspects of leadership and management.
We were asked to prepare a 2000 word APA7-style paper integrating a mimimum of 4 academic sources. I have attached all of the relevant documents below.
I have also attached a previous essay I have completed. If you could do in-line citations in similar amounts to these with the writing, it would be highly appreciated. Normally, my professors take issue with only using a source a few times; it’s great to use them during different sections and then connect each of the ideas of the sources together in the conclusion.
The main topics I would like to cover are theories of leadership, how leadership can affect businesses, and a company case study at the end which highlights effective leadership. This can be any company of your choosing but it should be one which demonstrates the theories of leadership and their applied effects.
