I have submitted my coursework for the International Financial Markets and Institutions course and unfortunately received a failing grade after it was marked.
However, the professor has granted me another opportunity to modify and resubmit the coursework. The professor’s comments are as follows:
1- Introduction
a- page 3 the executive summary is missing.
b-page 3 the introduction is rather over stretched.
2- Part one
Professor ‘s Notes:
a- page 4 avoid introductory and rudimentary material.
b- page 5 the chart irrelevant
c- page 6 lacks focus on requirements.
d-page 7 the chart irrelevant
Professor ‘s Comments on part one:
Demonstrates poor understanding and analysis of the way financial markets behave differently in crisis and calm period. The contents are descriptive, irrelevant and lacks on focus on question.
3- Part two
Professor ‘s Notes:
a-page 9 irrelevant
Professor ‘s Comments on part two:
Demonstrates a sound grasp of how the interest rate policy of the central bank affected bond markets, mortgage markets and the inflation environment of the chosen country, supported by some critical evaluation combined with examples and illustrations.
4- part three
Professor ‘s Notes:
a- page 16 evidence based research is not strongly conducted.
Professor ‘s Comments on part three:
Demonstrates adequate but somewhat limited understanding of the effectiveness and limitations of the chosen regulatory framework in the stability of the sector, with some critical evaluation.
