Using the assigned nursing research study (see below), please discuss in your postings response to another stdent post ALL of the following questions:
Describe the phenomenon of interest/problem/purpose and design used in the study. Do you think the investigators used the correct design to answer their question/problem?
Discuss the population identified. Define saturation. Did the author achieved saturation?
Compare methods used for data collection and measurement by the author with methods presented by Houser.
Discuss the authors data analysis procedures. Were the correct procedures conducted?
Did the investigators discuss trustworthiness of the data and triangulation? How would trustworthiness be established?
Discuss the research findings. Did the author use tables and figures? Were they easy to understand?
Discuss the implication of the study for clinical practice or further research. Discuss how the research findings could contribute to nursing practice.
