Organizational Behavior – Individual Project
You must prepare an individual project on motivation concepts for yourself as a student. The project analyzes one theory of motivation that you believe motivates you the most to achieve your future goal(s) and why you believe that the chosen theory is the right fit for you. You can choose any of the theories of motivation we studied.
The Project:
1. The length of the project is 500 to 600 words.
2. The length of the paper includes a cover page, index, pictures, or charts. The paper is to be submitted typed, with a cover (an informative page) and a works cited page using APA style, using size 12 Times New Roman font.
3. Please be very careful with in-text citations.
4. The paper must have a minimum of 5 sources, which cannot be duplications; for example, the class book can only be used as one reference, even though it may be used more than once in the paper.
