1. Analyze the company’s resources and capabilities using frameworks such as VRIO (Valuable, Rare, Inimitable, Organization) or the resource-based view of the firm. Briefly discuss your findings.
2. Discuss the challenges and limitations of the VRIO or resource-based view in analyzing a company’s competitive advantage. How can other frameworks, such as industry analysis or dynamic capabilities, complement the VRIO or resource-based view?
