PESTLE Analysis: For each PESTLE component (political, economic, socio-cultural, technological, legal, and ecological) you must analyze what you believe is the most important variable based on your selected country (BRASIL) and industry (AGRICULTURE). This is at the country level, but your variables must make sense based on your selected industry.

·        For three of the variables, you must present a data-driven quantitative analysis including these requirements:

o   Briefly describe what the variable is and explain why it is important based on your selected country and industry.

o   Using credible data, forecast the variable by creating a plot. Forecasts should be based on at least 5 years of historical data and project at least 3 years in the future. Use your judgment on how far you can reasonably forecast a variable. (Note: Each plot should include 8+ years – 5+ years of historical data and 3+ years of future projections.)

o   Briefly describe each plot (including patterns and trends) and implications for your selected country and industry.

·        For the remaining three variables, you must present an analysis including these requirements:

o   Briefly describe what the variable is and explain why it is important based on your selected country and industry.

o   Include one highly relevant image, figure, table, chart, or graph to support why this variable is important based on your selected country and industry.

o   Briefly describe the highly relevant image, figure, table, chart, or graph and implications for your selected country and industry.

3. Opportunities: Based on your PESTLE analysis, identify opportunities for the firm in your chosen country and industry.

4. Threats: Based on your PESTLE analysis, identify threats to the firm in your chosen country and industry.

5. Recommendations: Briefly discuss how favorable an environment your selected country is for your firm given its industry. Provide specific recommendations the firm should take to exploit the identified opportunities and manage/eliminate the risks.

6. References:

·        A variety of credible and relevant evidence and information must be used to support the brief.

·        References must be provided for all sources of information using APA format. In-text citations and a references section are required. (Note: If you use 3 words or more in a row from a source, then quotes and a page number must also be used.)

·        The sources of all charts, images, etc. must be included directly below them.

There is a 2,000-3,000 word count requirement
