This week, you will closely examine recent cases involving ADR and white-collar crimes. For this week’s assignment, select one of the topics below and research a recent case or article (within the last 5 years) about your chosen topic, then answer the questions below.

Research a case or article where:
- An ADR method (eg negotiation, meditation, arbitration, etc) was used
- A white-collar crime had been committed
Answer these questions: - Provide details about the case you researched (Who were the parties? What was the situation?).
- Why was an ADR method used and what are the benefits? OR Why was this classified as a white-collar crime?
- What laws were referenced in this case and what type of law was used?
- What was the end result? Do you agree or disagree with the outcome, if applicable, and why?
You should only choose ONE of the topics for your paper. Your paper should be a minimum of 2 pages, double-spaced, not including the reference page, and contain APA citations.
