I chose the capstone project of “Leading a Company Through a Change Process” because it aligns closely with my career aspirations and interests. As someone who is passionate about organizational development and leadership, I believe that the ability to navigate and lead through change is a critical skill for any leader in today’s dynamic business environment. By undertaking this project, I aim to deepen my understanding of change management principles and develop practical strategies for effectively leading organizations through periods of transition.
