Students will choose one nutrition concept to write about from the list below. Then you must find at least 2 or more peer reviewed journal articles on this topic, and at least 1 additional resources–total of 3 or more. The additional resources can be the resources listed below on this page, or others that are written by publications and people with the proper credentials. 

Students will choose one nutrition concept to write about from the list below. Then you must find at least 2 or more peer reviewed journal articles on this topic, and at least 1 additional resources–total of 3 or more. The additional resources can be the resources listed below on this page, or others that are written by publications and people with the proper credentials.  The article that you find may be about something related to the topic, but keep in mind you are trying to conduct an unbiased research effort by researching the “good” and “not so good” about your topic.  Once the student has chosen a topic to research, they should write at least a 300-word summary based on the conclusions drawn from the source(s) you used. Guidelines:

  1. Double-spaced
  2. Use ONLY a 11-12-point font.
  3. Use Calibri, or Times New Roman font.
  4. At least 300-word count for the writing portion—Does not include citations
  5. Use at least 3 resources as references-2 are peer-viewed and 1 other resource of your choice.
