  2. Try to stay away from the obvious companies such as Apple and Amazon, etc.
  3. Research the company in detail, make sure to add your citations.
  4. Your paper is to be at least 7-10 pages not including a cover sheet or citations/references.
  5. The paper should be in essay format and uploaded to the Lesson Fifteen TurnItIn Dropbox.

  • What has been the Organizations history and future when it comes to change and behavior?
  • What are the theories and management structure, how has it changed over the decades?
  • What was the sequence of the change?
  • What technology have the used?
  • Have they used an OD? Did the company only use internal resources? What might they have done differently? (your thoughts based on research.)
  • What was the design of the company, did it change and why?
  • Was there an intervention?
  • What concepts and/or models were used?
  • What was the internal and external feedback and process?
  • What was their actions plan and if needed what would it be?
  • What was their visioning process?
  • Did work-life benefits have anything to do with the change?
  • What was/is the structure of the company and where did the responsibilities fall?
  • What were the obstacles in the whole process?
  • What data both quantitative and qualitative were used to verify and diagnose the problem?
