Attached example of one of the evaluations i gave to help with formatting.
Once peer evaluation memos have been exchanged, you have evaluated your peers’ performance in your group and read their evaluations of your performance. You are now ready to write an accurate evaluation of yourself as a group member. Note: The evaluation should not reference individual performance such as exams; focus on yourself as a group member.
This evaluation will adhere to the same grading criteria that you set in the peer evaluation memos and use headings indicating the criteria. However the document will differ from your memos in a few ways:
– The evaluation will be in a letter (to me) instead of a memo.
– You should take your peers’ feedback into consideration when evaluating yourself.
– The letter will contain an overall evaluation of your group experience in the conclusion.
– The subject line will be your name, group number, self evaluation, and score. For example:
Matthew Arias (Group 27) Self Evaluation 84%
Remember to assign a percentage grade to yourself and to use the same criteria you set when writing your peer evaluation memos.
NOTE: While you will evaluate yourself using the criteria you used previously, you can still address the comments made by your peers. If you disagree with how your peers evaluated you, your email provides the opportunity for you to counter their comments. Support your assertions with detail.
