Summary of Industry Visits and Key Discussions in Delhi, Noida Sectors 62 and 63, Okhla , Gurgaon, Faridabad ,lucknow, Allahabad, Vadodara and Meerut , Biwadi and Rajasthan.
We have visited to Okhla & Noida sector -63, 62 & 83 in Delhi and mentioned are the list of vendors.
Delhi
Green Power:
Focus: Production of new transmission lines and electrification of railway line.
Products Used: Railway electrification line, bracket, solid core post, 9-ton post, working rod, insulator for sectioning.
Status: Appointment required.
GET and D India Limited:
Focus: Producing novel transmission lines and electrifying railways.
Products Used: Powerhouse work, sectioning insulator, bracket, 9-tonne post, solid core post, disc, operating rod.
Status: Had a conservation regarding Composite insulators and shared our catalogues and business cards, Mr.Manish dublish & Mr.Arun Sharma ji and they will send us enquiry mail.
RS Infrastructure Project Limited:
Focus: Production of new transmission lines, electrification of railroads.
Products Used: Used discs, solid core posts, roadway stay arms.
Status: Relocated.
ERA Infrastructure:
Focus: New transmission lines and railway electrification.
Products Used: Stay arms, solid core posts, used discs.(Noida Sectors 83, 128, Phase 3.)
Status: Met to the Administration officer with Nehal pandey ji as per him company has no longer working, and soon it will be shutdown.
Kapco Electrical Limited:
Focus: Manufacturing 220/66/33 kV CT-PT isolators, LT Panels Unit.
Products Used: 11 kV to 400 kV insulators (hollow, solid core, bushing).
Status: Purchase department member Patak ji is not available and we have given our business cards & catalogues to Security team for further procedure.
TATA Projects:
Focus: Railway electrification.
Products Used: Used disc, solid core post, railway stay arm, bracket, 9-ton post, operating rod, sectioning insulator.
Status: Had a meeting with Mr.Keshav Singh ji and had a conversation about our product details, standards and type test reports and last we have exchanged our product catalogues and Qr cards.
UB Engineering Limited:
Focus: Manufacturing of 11K to 33K CT isolators and insulators.
Products Used: 11K to 33KV insulators (hollow, solid core).
Status: Company relocated to unknown location.
Kalpatru Power International Project Limited:
Focus: (Details not specified, likely involved in similar manufacturing activities). Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, Industrial Area Phase 1
Status: Had a meeting with Mr.Puneet Singh ji Manager Procurement T&D earlier they have sent us an enquiry mail about our products , as per puneet ji they have not received any revert mail from our end; need to check and revert back.
SCT Limited:
Focus: Manufacturing 220/66/33 kV CT-PT Isolator, LT Panels Unit. Products Used: 11 kV to 400 kV insulators (hollow, solid core, bushing).
Status: Met with the Mr.Abhinav Jain ji and discussed about our old stock details and manufacture process of composite insulators and product quality standard details and exchanged our business cards and catalogues.
Vishal Transformer:
Focus: Manufacturing 220/66/33 kV CT-PT isolator, LT Panels unit. 11kv to 400kv hollow, solid and bushing insulators.
Status: Had a meeting with Mr.Anchal Aggarwal ji purchase manager about our old stock details and manufacture process of porcelain insulators and product quality standard details and exchanged our business cards and catalogues.
Hepta Care Power Industries:
Focus: New transmission lines, railway electrification.
Products Used: Used disc, solid core post, railway stay arm, bracket, 9-ton post, operating rod, sectioning insulator.,Meerut uttarpradesh.
Status: Had a small conservation with Mr.Vinay Kumar Manging Director and discussed about our GEM cables , Aaditya Transformers and insulators group , he also asked us share more details about our plant and old stock details via email.
Rajasthan
Mehru Electrical Ltd.:
Focus: Manufacturing 220/66/33 kV CT-PT isolator, LT Panels unit. 11kv to 400kv hollow, solid and bushing insulators.
Status: Met with the Mr. Debendra Barik (Purchasing), Mr. Shukla Ji (Quality), Mr. Mandeep Managing director Garu. and discussed about our old stock details and manufacture process of composite & porcelain insulators and product quality standard details and exchanged our business cards and catalogues. Products and type test reports.
Lucknow:
Research Design Standard Organization (RDSO):
Participants: Mr. Kamal Yadav, Mr. Veda Bhanu Arya (JETI).
Status: We met with Mr.Kamal Yadav and Mr. Veda Bhanu Arya (JETI) at the Research Design Standard Organization (RDSO) in Lucknow.He claims that Core now has approval relevant to RDSO porcelain and polymer insulator. Core would forward it to the RDSO Lucknow team upon receiving confirmation from Core once more, sir. In addition, we another had meetings with Mr. Dinesh Sarvan Power of BPI Safety Plus, Ms. Rithu Singh of DCDPL Railway Contractor regarding railway insulators and Mr. Amit Patak of Orbit Power Engineering regarding bush bar insulators sir.

Allahabad:
Central Organization for Railway Electrification (CORE):
Participants: Mr. Kalyan Singh (Dy. Chief Electrical Engineer), Mr. Mouriya Mukesh.
Discussion: We visited to Central Organization for Railway Electrification (CORE) in Allahabad, where we had a meeting with Mr.Kalyan Singh, Dy. Chief Electrical Engineer Mp. He suggested to meet Mr. Mouriya Mukesh ji and when it comes to approval, In his perception, as we had previously registered with the IREPS, (id received) and now we essentially needed to follow the instructions (a systematic method) provided on the railway-electrification core website (step-by -step process) in order to apply for online product approval-related work. In case we need any assistance with the online process, Mr. Moraya ji will be advise and available for supporting us.

Mr. Assem Ansari (JEE):
Discussion: Again visited to the CORE office at Railway Civil Line Johnston Gunj and met Mr. Assem Ansari (JEE)ji regarding ID registration and product approvals. He briefly explained the guidelines of the online process and discussed our product range and standards. After this, we distributed cotton bags to JEE officers in the office and chartered our train at Allahabad by 2 p.m.
Vadodara, Gujarat.
Visits and Meetings:
ABB Distribution and Hitachi Energy Ltd, Markarpur, Alkapuri road.
Status: Marketing and administration teams off on weekends; plant operations continuous.
Associate Power Limited:
Location Associate Power Limited, Makarpur, the only management office in this area and we received the contact details for the purchasing department Mr. Brijesh Patak ji and plant were located on Surat National Highway Road. Which is 100 kilometres far from Vadodara. Industrial area we have scanned and shared our business cards and catalogues for future proceedings.
Maanic limited:
Earlier Mannic company is been closed as per the security department head Mr.Sunil Yadav railway projects have completed and are they not participating on any new ones contractors.
Energica:
Company has been closed.
Hitachi Energy Limited:
Participant: Mr. Piyush (Purchase Department).
Discussion:
Visited to Hitachi Energy Limited Marakupr and met with Mr. Piyush Ji, the purchase department, and discussed our products and quality standards. He also wants to know more about our plant and type test report details, and if possible, he will visit our plant soon. He also wants our old stock details, of previous (ABB Article numbers).
ABB Distribution Company:
Status: Shared business cards and product catalogues; security denied plant entry without appointment; awaiting contact from the purchase department.
GETCO Board:
Participants: Mr. M.G. Patel (Procurement Head), Mr. H.P. Sathek (Dy. CERCUP).
Discussion:
Visited to the GETCO board, and Mr. M.G Patel sir (Procurement head) AD. CEE PROC and Mr.H.P Sathek ji (Dy.CERCUP) discussed our products and vendor registration as per them we need to apply fresh registration in the online process and following the steps and documents required for enrolment.
Additional Meeting:
Mr. Anil Singh (Buyer of Porcelain and Composite Insulators):
Action: Met with Mr.Anil singh buyer (contractor) of porcelain and composite insulators and exchanged our business cards and catalogues and he also wants to know about our old stock details! And If possible he will visit our plant in upcoming month.
Follow-Up Actions:
Ensure all necessary documents are prepared for online registrations and product approvals.
Maintain communication with key contacts to facilitate plant visits and further discussions.
Prepare detailed reports on old stock as requested by various companies sir.
