This week you will develop a comprehensive community health promotion plan to address the key focus area you identified in Week 8. Integrate your knowledge of physiology, pharmacology, and nursing treatment modalities into your plan. 
The first section of your plan should have a description of your mission, your goals, your plans for implementation, what you consider a measure of the effectiveness of the program, and the possible collaborators on this program. 
The second section of your plan should provide a detailed description of your program and the activities that you propose to address the healthcare issues in the key focus area. Your community plan should emphasize on community education. Address these questions in your plan. 
What nursing interventions would you consider for effectively addressing the focus area concerns? 
How do you plan to create intervention opportunities for individuals/families/groups? What are the topics you would cover in these intervention opportunities? 
What are the policy recommendations that you would recommend to achieve your goals? 
Does your plan replace existing plans and interventions? 
How do you propose to implement your plan? 
How do you plan to assess your community plan?
