Please complete the following essay questions as thoroughly and as concisely as possible. Please limit your response to 500 words or fewer for each essay question. Unsolicited documentation should not be submitted with your application (i.e. resumes, personal statements, etc.)
Please answer these questions in one document:
1. How have the mission of our program and university influenced your decision to apply to the Augsburg PA program?  Further, please explain how you envision fulfilling the Augsburg PA mission as a graduate of this program. 
2.  Describe a time in your life where you demonstrated a high level of resilience. How will this experience impact your future as a PA student and/or practicing PA?
3.  Tell us about someone who you consider a mentor or role model. How did you develop that relationship and what qualities or characteristics would you like to emulate?
4. (optional) Is there anything else you would like us to know about you that you haven’t had an opportunity to share in your other application materials?
