I have used the 4 Colors Personality Assessment. Have you heard of it or used it? The 4 colors are red, green, yellow and blue. It is very interesting and usually pretty accurate. I can tell what color personality people are very easily. Once you understand each color, then you know how to interact with people. We are each different, and when we have to work in groups, the more understand characteristics of others, the easier it is to work with people and be successful. How important do you think this is for us? Do you agree with personality assessments/tests? Why or why not?
