Identify two metrics that you create or can explain at work.  For
each metric, explain what they measure, why are they important to your
organization, and what kind of change has resulted from tracking these
metrics over time.   
A few metrics at my job are sprints, and weekly reporting…  in weekly reporting we have..  weekly incidents in queues, tickets by users, tickets by template, ticket age, tickets by geographic location.. 
[I am A Technical Support Analyst. I work for a logistic tech company and utilize SQL to fix incidents related to the Navisphere System. Some examples of my day to day include quieries in SQL to resolve financial issues in Navisphere, adding missing data to clears hold ups in shipping editor, working with on call developers to clear larger errors that require more back end work and bouncing questions off team members when I need further assistance. I also use Github to search for procedures for applications such as Workflow. ]
A bit more info on my job:
• Participate in the creation of standards and processes for the EDI team and interface with internal clients
• Manage interfaces with multiple custom-built applications

Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure specialists, DBAs,
and business analysts to deliver innovative solutions to complex mapping
and workflow problems
• Responsible for the successful integration covering requirements gathering, mapping, testing, documenting and maintenance
• Help prioritize EDI projects considering ROI and pro-actively search for EDI or automation opportunities
• Design and implements integration solutions that span multiple technical domains, services and products.
• Verify product quality through coordinated system to system testing in addition to user acceptance testing

Light project management activities such as planning, team
communication as timelines changes, coordination of efforts across
multiple teams, and risk/issue mitigation
• Contribute to the success of the team through collaboration, connectivity, and the ability to inspect and adapt to changes
