2. Explain to the class which of the analysis listed below you would choose to enlist when researching an organization, business or other entity. In no less than 300 words, explain both the definition and why you would choose that analysis over one of the other analysis listed:
A SWOT Analysis–(Definition required)
A CAGE Analysis- (Definition required)
A PEST Analysis – (Definition required).
What you are required to do is:
Specifically, define Situational Analysis. (including references and citations, APA standards)
Define each of the analysis (SWOT, CAGE, PEST) listed.
Pick one of the above analysis and explain the elements, purpose and process of that analysis, your understanding of the process and why you chose that analysis.
Note: This Forum Discussion has a direct bearing on your individual research paper due Week 4 as well as the Team assignment due week 8. It is an extremely important review of process and procedure.
