Write an opinion paper (a paper that presents an opinion supported by facts)
on what you have read. The paper should be a minimum of two, no longer than three

The paper must answer the following questions:
 With the number of employees working remotely increasing, should companies
revisit their sick leave policies? Why/why not? Explain your answer.
 According to the article, Dr. Leana Wen states that “getting out of bed, having
purpose to their daily lives, helps with recovery” As a supervisor, would you
encourage a remote employee that calls out sick to continue working, or would
you follow company policy? Explain your answer.
 In the article, some remote workers with Covid continued to work, some didn’t
work at all, and others chose to work with frequent breaks. If you were in that
situation, what would you do?
 What are your overall thoughts on this article and the issues it raises?
