Watch and Read:
From class Leadership Northouse textbook: Read chapter 5, Situational Leadership. Pay attention to Figure 5.1. Situational Leadership. 
From ” A Makeover to Takeover,” Read pages 37 (“Your Audience”) to 44 (“Perceived Yourself Checklist”) – Please see below a folder called “A Makeover to Takeover…” It contains all the videos included in the book.
While reading and watching, take notes and reflect on the skills necessary to reach that level of success. Think about The four styles of S1. S2, S3. S4 (of your Northouse textbook, chapter 5)

After completing the readings (pages 37-44) and watching the videos linked in the book via QR codes:
Refer to your workbook, which you prepared during Week 1.
Complete activities 1.8 (Get Skilled) – add a note at the bottom of the table (100 words), and explain what kind of situational leadership (S1 to S4) you are at this point. 
Tip: Explore LinkedIn to find individuals holding your desired positions to enhance your understanding. Analyze their skills and consider how this information can inform your skill development.
